In Colorado the American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
We fulfill our mission across our state and have five chapters located in Denver, Ft. Collins, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction and Durango.
Red Cross Services are provided thanks to the generous commitment of thousands of local volunteers who:
• Help individuals and communities prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters;
• Teach lifesaving skills to tens of thousands of individuals;
• Offer support to U.S. service members and their families in Colorado;
• Educate future humanitarians and provide international services to families in our state.
