Carry Forward® is WWP’s signature 5K event series taking place annually in San Diego, Nashville, San Antonio, Jacksonville, and nationwide through a Virtual and Host Your Own option.
• Carry Forward is open to all fitness abilities and can be completed as a 5K run or walk.
• Choose FLAG, FITNESS, OR FIERCE: Show your support by either carrying a flag to show support and patriotism, carry a weight to represent the responsibilities veterans carry, or carry another person to symbolize one warrior carrying another.
• Carry Forward offers volunteer opportunities in the event cities, including serving on a year-round planning committee and/or event-day setup and onsite logistics.
