Two massive earthquakes struck central Venezuela, forcing families and children from their homes.

Early reports of the damage from the 7.2 and 7.5 quakes are devastating: critical infrastructure has collapsed, people are believed to be trapped and communications and power are out in many areas.
When crisis strikes, children are always at greatest risk – and thousands have lost safe places to live and learn.
