Support UNICEF's Earthquake Relief Efforts in Ecuador

by UNICEF USA

A devastating 7.8-magnitude earthquake has struck Ecuador, killing more than 200 people, and destroying homes, bridges and roads. UNICEF staff are on the ground assessing the quake's impact and providing critical aid. Emergency relief supplies were pre-positioned to get help to families and children as quickly as possible in the event of a disaster like this.

Each year, UNICEF responds to over 250 humanitarian emergencies — hurricanes, earthquakes, and conflicts across the globe. With more than 11,000 staff worldwide and 350 warehouses globally, UNICEF stands ready to provide food, water, shelter, protection and health care — before, during and after a crisis.
