Our mission is to advance economic mobility for underserved small business owners and communities through affordable financial services, knowledge resources, networks and policy.

Small business owners uplift communities and anchor local economies, while creating opportunities for themselves, their families, their employees, and our neighborhoods. Yet underserved small business owners often struggle to secure capital and resources, as they are shut out from traditional financing. In 2020, Accion Opportunity Fund was formed as Accion U.S. Network and Opportunity Fund came together. Together, we fight for an accessible financial system that allows all small business owners to thrive.
